Winter Simplicity Central Park VI
A vertical format view of Central Park Pond NYC on a cold, wintry day after a snow storm. White cloud filled skies prevailed for most of the day with the clouds breaking and blue sky showing thorugh for a few moments at a time as seen here. The view is loking eastward across the pond to the buildings of Fifth Avenue. Sun, low in the sky, is trying to break through the clouds and tints some of the tree tops with an amber gold hue. This is one of a collection of images taken in the Pond area of the park with similar light, mood and colors that can be mixed and matched to create wall art arrangements or lovely winter sets of mugs or note cards.
