Day 154: Lavender Rose - June 4. Took a quick ride to a rose garden in a local town to see the roses and try for some photos. But, like my walk yesterday, the roses were quite battered from the rainstorms that we have had and had a lot of insect damage. Got a few photos but not what I had hoped for. Liked this rose since it was a slightly different color than I've seen before. I believe the name of the rose is Blueberry Hill.
Day 154: White Roses - June 3. A brief walk around the neighborhood late this afternoon showed many of the flowers beaten down and damaged by the heavy rains that we had. Hopefully they will perk up. These white roses seemed to fair ok but the bush was somewhat protected by tree branches overhanding the bush.
Day 153: Raindrops on Hydrangea Leaf - June 2. Rain all day today again - the earth must be happy to be getting so much moisture.
