Day 121: NYC-World Trade Center 1 - April 30, 2012. For those interested in the progress of the construction of this building - today it achieved the distinction of becoming the tallest building in New York City, surpassing the height of the Empire State Building. Tonight the Empire State building is lighted in red, white and blue in honor of the WTC. It will be another year before the building is completed with the spire at the top.

Day 121: NYC-Cruise Ship - April 30, 2012. Norwegian Star Cruise ship departing New York late yesterday afternoon.

Day 120: Erie Lackawanna Railroad Terminal Hoboken - April 29, 2012. The beauttiful wood and marble shoeshine stand located in the waiting room of the historic Erie Lackawanna Railroad Terminal in Hoboken N.J. This is the start of a new gallery of photographs of the architectural art in and on some of the old buildings in Hoboken.

Day 119: New York-New Jersey Shuttle Enterprise - April 28, 2012. Another shot of the Enterprise shuttle yesterday on the flight along the Hudson River. I'm still in awe of seeing this so close up.

What an incredible sight to see the shuttle Enterprise fly over the skies of New York and New Jersey this morning. Day 118: NY Syline - Brownstones Hoboken NJ - April 27, 2012. The city of Hoboken NJ has undergone enormous transition over the past 25 or so years. Once known as a blue-color town, the one mile square city has become gentrified and is a magnet for young professionals. The demand for housing has resulted in much renovation of old buildings and new construction. But the gems of Hoboken are still the old brownstones. View in large size to see the beautiful detail in these buildings.
